A facilities use application is required for all facilities use requests.

Once a form is submitted, no additional action is required on your part. You will be contacted directly regarding the next steps.

- You will be redirected to a SignNow webpage after you click Submit.
- IMPORTANT: It may show up as a pop-up, so please check your pop up blocker, if a SignNow webpage does not appear.
- Enter the appropriate email address and Send Invite.
- Check your inbox for an email from forms (at arahawaii.org) via SignNow <[email protected]> (you may have to check your spam folder) and follow the instructions in the email to access and complete the required registration forms.
