School for the Performing Arts (FAME Program)
ARA’s School for the Performing Arts (FAME Program) is an accredited program through the Hawaii Association of Independent Schools (HAIS) and through the Western Association of Schools & Colleges (WASC).
ARA offers an accelerated, modified academic and performing arts program for students in grades 6-12 who are serious about developing talents in the performing arts, including dance, acting, vocals and instrumentals. Students are selected based on audition and academic readiness. FAME students study core academics for the first part of the school day and engage in intensive performing arts training in the afternoon. Students meet Fine Arts and Life and Fitness graduation requirements through participation in the FAME Program.
