Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Email must:
- Be from an email address on file as a student's parent/guardian
- Include child's full name
- If not a current student, last school year of attendance
- Specify which records are being requested
- Mailing address, fax number or email address that records are to be sent to

Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing of any records or transcript requests.
